Yes, but usually the customer has to pay the freight.

3.How to get a sample and how long?
If just to check the quality, we can send out some pieces of the product for you to check within 1 day. If send the sample as your requests, it will need 5-7 working days, and you should pay for the sample cost as your sample requests.

4.How can I get the most competitive prices?
Please send us an email or contact online customer service, provide as much details as possible, like napkin size, gram weight, quantity, package, printing etc. The more details, the more accurate our quote.

5.How about the delivery time for formal order?
The usually delivery time is 7-15 days after received the deposit.

9.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 10000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

10.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is 30%T/T prepayment, balance against copy of B/L. The payment terms is negotiable as per different conditions.
